Transformative Agreement IEEE 2022 - 2024 CARE-CRUI

Contents:
access to the platform IEEE and corresponding authors affiliated to Università degli Studi di Milano may publish open access in IEEE hybrid or fully open access (gold) journals at no cost without limit of number of voucher

Green Open Access: 
University authors can self-archive their papers in the version accepted for publication on their website or into the Institutional repository 

OA publications management:
corresponding authors may choose to publish their work open access and they must use their institutional address and email address during the submission process. Author is identified as a University author through the Ringgold Identifier system on the publisher's platform already in use for the management of the publishing process. The agreement allows for OA publishing with author's copyright.

• Review Paper
• Brief
• Invited
• Survey

The IEEE Care-CRUI agreement is active as of 1 August 2022 and includes the article processing charge (APC) for corresponding authors affiliated with participating institutions. The agreement does not include page and color charges and does not apply to IEEE conferences.
